As Executive Director at Tulipán, Monika leads all operations for the foundation. With extensive business management experience and an enduring dedication to volunteer work, she brings a wealth of expertise to her position. She views this role as the greatest honor of her life, driven by a deeply personal mission in memory of her closest friend, Réka Darida, who inspires Monika in every decision that she makes.

As Program Director, Ildikó oversees Tulipán's programming and events. Her longstanding passion for Hungarian arts and culture, along with her active involvement in the Hungarian American community, has given her valuable experience in the cultural and nonprofit sectors. Ildikó finds her role deeply fulfilling, as it reflects her commitment to nurturing the cultural connections that have shaped her life.
